Bennie Bennie Bennie

Our sweet Bennie just gets sweeter and Vicki even allows him up on the BED! No wonder he misses her when she's gone. We’re so grateful to my dad’s pushy neighbors, Catherine and Marlene, who volunteer at the Port Townsend animal shelter and didn’t rest until I drove up to meet Bennie. Thanks be to pushy neighbors! And to animal shelters everywhere. I have to say, Bennie is a terror to squirrels, but he and Vicki need to come to some sort of agreement about the moles.

And, for a dog, he's darned prissy about, well, let's call it "tooting."
