I've been busy and since I have art due to Sleeping Bear Press for Ozzie and the Art Contest, I didn't want them seeing me blogging while I owed them art. Well, I still owe them art, but all these stickies are clogging up my computer. The big news? Vicki and I are leaving for Italy on Monday! We're going for 2 1/2 weeks to visit our great friends Henry and Gabriella in Arezzo, a beautiful walled city in the Tuscan hills south of Florence. We're very excited and frantically clearing off our desks, buying electrical adaptors and figuring out the timers for our lights. Oh, and packing. And then I have to read every word of H & G's blog they've been writing, so I don't look like a Bad Friend when we arrive. I am taking my paints and sketch supplies and might even post a few sketches while I'm there. We'll see. Meanwhile, arrivederci!
I'm excited for you! Great memories walking around a little hilly village somewhere in Italy, and finally finding someone with a corkscrew. Of course, that was most-of-my-life ago.
