Congratulations Mandy!

Mandy is one of my best friends whom I've never met. She and Vicki are work buds, but she lives in Florida and never gets out to Seattleopolis. This week was both her birthday and her first sprint triathlon! That's 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike ride and 3.1 mile run in the Florida heat and humidity.
