Text As A Second Language at the YMCA

One of the magazines at the Y had a bunch of text message abbreviations and I had no clue what they meant. So I quizzed one of the helpful, polite Young People who work there at the front desk. I have to give him credit. I think he gave himself a headache from repressing any hint of eye rolling.

    Aha! One of those was in an email I got yesterday. It's so nice to not have to ask. I think I'll just make up my own and start throwing them around.

    I've ALREADY heard that Got to Go is actually spelled g2g. It's from a woman's 13 yr old daughter, so I have to believe it. Oh well, ICKUWTKA. (I can't keep up with the kids anymore)
