Imaginary Fruit
I've been taking a really good pilates class from Marti at the Y. It's all about the core and protecting our necks, so she tells us to hold a piece of "imaginary fruit" between our chins and chest. She never says what kind of fruit we're imagining. Couldn't we imagine oatmeal cookies, as long as we're imagining?

ReplyDeleteIm famous now. If you want to imagine a cookie.. we can do that but you will have to do more abs series and leg moves to burn it off.
