I Put the OW in Crow Pose
I've been trying to do the Crow pose in yoga for about a year, with mixed results. I usually put a block in front of my noggin for when I inevitably topple over onto my forehead. But last week we had a yoga sub, Katie, who exhorted us to "suck your junk up into your trunk!" I gotta admit that's not very yoga-like instruction, but it worked! So, suck in your junk, people!
