The China African Connection

Vicki and I worked a booth for LittleDrops Orphanage Fund at the Chinese Big Event at Benaroya hall on Saturday. Here we were, two white people (especially me) surrounded by Chinese dragons, calligraphers and martial artists in an African-themed booth promoting a fun run and a zydeco dance at a Haitian restaurant. I felt like I was at the U.N. Except we all seemed to get along.
