Elizabeth Rocks

Elizabeth is the manager of the Todos Santos Inn and she really made our visit special. She drew us maps, recommended restaurants, told us how to say "boil for 5 minutes" so we could have our own oatmeal (allergies, sin trigo, leche, queso y llevos por Vicki), told us where "the most beautiful beach in Baja" was (true! Playa Balandra) and countless other things. So we renamed the hotel. I hope John doesn't mind.
