4Culture is the weirdly named (yes, it is) arts
council for Seattleopolis and they give out grants. Well, they don’t just give them out. Seems you have to apply
for them. My friend Lily and I drove to their offices for a workshop on how to
apply for the dough and I was pretty chuffed about finding a parking spot right
in front. Until we came out and couldn’t find the car. Seems I have trouble
reading Seattle Parking Sign English. Lily is such a doll, she went halfsies
with me on the $47 fine and the $125 towing charge. Vicki thinks there may be a
grant for parking idiots, but Lily wants half.
We need a picture of the sign to see if you're just dumber than us or if it's a really bad sign.
