Star of Hope Potluck

We had a get together of Education Angels and other strong supporters of the Star of Hope orphanage this weekend. It was great to catch up with everybody and talk about our trip to Kenya in August. Our guest of honor was Leonard himself! (director of the orphanage) via Skype. That's Marsha holding the laptop. When technology works, it's really a blessing, ain't it?. Update: we are inching our way closer to a non-profit, 501c3 status! We heard that the City of Newcastle (my fair city) is reviewing our application for a business license. I'm going to see what I can do to speed things along.
