Vicki's iBook was giving her trouble: losing contacts, not synching up, etc. So she took it into the Apple Genius Bar, where my beloved Kharim helped her out. Or so we thought. More MobileMe problems followed, requiring THREE HOURS on the phone with Apple Care, sorting out passwords, devices, contacts... And don't EVEN get me started on the whole migration to "the cloud."
