Online Hell

We switched from the big, greedy bank that rhymes with JP Borgan Face to our small, local credit union, where everybody is friendly and loves the earth. But I gotta tell you that Big Greedy sure had its online systems down pat. In contrast, Little Friendly has been nothing but a pain in the neck as far as doing our banking online. We've become pretty good friends with a few of the call center agents, though.
