Vicki's recent class in Olympia was full with last minute students. That's great, except she didn't have quite enough booklets for day two. "No problem," said the helpful hotel staff, "you go have dinner and we'll run the copies for you." They did a great job, except that they made 50 sets instead of the 5 Vicki requested. Vicki had the presence of mind to say "thanks!"
