Pool

Our YMCA (they want you to just call it the Y, which really must be bugging the Village People) was closed for a week, so we had to schlep over to the Bellevue Y for swimming and yoga. The yoga was just as wonderful and the swimming was just as horrible - no fault of Coach Michael. He's very encouraging and keeps giving me the thumbs up. On reflection, I think he may be signaling me to get out of the pool.
