Curly Zucchini?

Vicki bought this cool new kitchen gadget that will spiral-cut zucchini so you can...well, I guess then you can eat spiral-cut zucchini. When you've got zucchini in the garden and you can't make zucchini bread because A) you're gluten abhorrent and B) your mate has high cholesterol and elevated blood sugar, you start getting desperate. We haven't been able to make it work yet.
