Happy Apple Eggs

Remember that logo I bartered for eggs? Some friends and I rode our bikes to the furthest reaches of Vashon Island last weekend to check up on the chickens. Ava and Annie showed us around Happy Apple Farms and we got to meet Sophia, the blind chicken. That's her on Ava's shoulder. The dozen eggs I put in my pack made it all the way home without a single crack. And they are delicious!
