Code Yella Yoga

The YMCA already offers a "Power" Yoga class, but evidently it's just not tough enough. So they started an "Athletic" Yoga class and they really mean it this time. Yella teaches it and she is one tough yogini, trust me. She has this sweet sanskrit name for me, but I looked it up and it means "wimp."
