Beautiful Beach, Shallow Water

North of La Paz is Balandra beach, which may be the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. It's got Palapas (the shade things made from palm fronds) and a couple of fruit and refreshment carts. And the water is the most gorgeous blue/aqua/green color. But forget about baños.
