Frozen Yoga

The Coal Creek Family YMCA says Hot Yoga is "so last year," which is why they've introduced Freaking Cold Yoga. It coincides with the recent cold snap we've had, so I have my suspicions about seeing the Jane Fonda video anytime soon.

    Oh I LOVE it! :) Thank goodness all of you guys have such a great sense of humor about it! I am soooo lucky! BTW, the penguin is a nice touch! Ha!
