Social Networking

Last night Greg Pincus spoke about blogging and tweeting and chats (oh, my!) at the monthly meeting of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators (Western WA chapter). He was fascinating - and timely! I've procrastinated putting this blog together and he gave me the neccesary inspiration to get on it. His point that it's about connections, rather than blatant self-promotion, gave me a better understanding of what social networking is all about. He also gave me an excuse to sit around in my shorts.
